Mama Lam immigrated to New York in the 80's when Malaysian curry options were nowhere to be found. She resorted to make her own recipe and, with the help of her daughter, started her own line of Malaysian-Chinese condiments. She now makes everything in small batches by hand here in NYC.
Local Roots meat is handled with care and you can taste it. There are no preservatives, nitrates or funky chemicals. It's super fresh.
