We curate your weekly veggies based on seasonality, to make sure you get food at its peak flavor and nutrition. Our farmers harvest vegetables based on seasonality to make sure you get food at its peak flavor and nutrition. They select varieties of vegetables that taste spectacular vs. growing varieties that simply yield the most, keeping flavor and the customer's interest a priority. They even taste test on the fields before delivering to the city.

Local Roots NYC is one of the only sources in NYC for local, fresh veggies all-year round. We work closely with hydroponic, aeroponic, and rural farms to provide you with enough variety so you can prepare complete meals with your weekly veggies and you won't get tired of the same vegetable week after week. The quantity is just enough to keep you inspired in the kitchen but not overwhelm you with too much food. With over 600 New Yorkers subscribed to our vegetable share, you know it's good!
