3 handfuls baby kale
¼ pineapple, cubed
½ granny smith apple
Slice the banana, chunk the apple and pineapple and throw into a blender with the baby kale and a splash of water (about ⅓ cup, but you can adjust depending on desired thickness of the smoothie.)
Blend until smooth and serve.
