Baked Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary Butter
A simple recipe for sweet potatoes that's perfect to warm you up on a chilly fall day.
Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Poke the sweet potatoes with a knife in a few spots. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hr and 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, mix together butter, rosemary and garlic powder.
4. Once baked, cut sweet potatoes in half and brush the butter mix on top. Enjoy!
