Chips are a great snack to munch on from time to time, however, if you want a quick, healthy, sustainable and homemade version, you should give collard green chips a try. I personally enjoy making veggie chips with whatever leafy greens are in season, whether that be swiss chard, kale, spinach, or collard greens. Collard greens can get bitter, so I recommend using fresh greens and not baking them for too long. Bake in 10-minute increments, making sure to toss and reposition the chips - you don’t want these to burn.
