1lb chicken thighs
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Bunch of swiss chard, chopped
Avocado oil or any other high-heat oil
Directions: Saute garlic and onion with a little bit of oil salt until onions are caramelized. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, coriander, allspice and cumin. Add to pan, skin-side down. Cook until both sides are browned. Remove from skillet.
Add swiss chard and more of the allspice/cumin/coriander/salt mixture. Add back in chicken with 1 cup of water. Simmer over low heat until chicken is cooked through. Juice one lemon over the chicken and swiss chard and garnish with sesame seeds of fresh herbs like cilantro and mint.
