Dried spices and herbs come in handy when you don’t want to dash to your grocery store’s fresh herb section every time you need to make a weeknight dinner. I love this simple and delicious roasted sweet potato recipe because the addition of dried sage is all about comfort with low effort.
Ingredients:
1 pound sweet potatoes, diced into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon kosher salt
