Making broth with your veggie scraps is an easy way to fight food waste! Save almost all of our scraps in the freezer except for hot peppers. You can use a reusable ziplock bag, Tupperware, or repurpose a plastic bag for storage.
Use your broth to cook rice or beans, braise greens/meat in the liquid, and of course - a base for soup.
