Ovenly is women-led and has a team made up of suburbanites, city folk, LGBTQ and the allied, James Beard award winners, formerly incarcerated, PhDs, parents, roller derby champions, improv actors, and immigrants. They are proud to have such a unique array of people on board and believe in the power of difference.
Ovenly is committed to sustainability and encourages folks to use reusable dishware, offers recycling and composting and utilizes clean energy. They also believe in providing jobs to those in the community and work with partner organizations to train and hire people who were formerly incarcerated and who experience poverty.
They offer a huge variety of yummy baked desserts and make them with all-natural products that are organic and local whenever possible. Many of their baked goods are also gluten-free and/or vegan!
