    Tuesdays, 4-6pm

  • Carroll Gardens

    398 Court Street, Brooklyn
    Tuesdays, 3-6pm
    Wednesdays, 3-6pm

Update on Delivery

For your convenience, we are expanding our delivery days to include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We ask for your patience and flexibility as we support more deliveries.

The health and wellbeing of our community and team members is our first priority. We have made the following adjustments:

1) In the warehouse, all team members wear gloves when handling products.

2) Tabletops in the warehouse are disinfected daily.

3) All delivery team members wear gloves when delivering boxes.

4) Delivery team members will practice social distancing and leave boxes in lobby areas or with doormen to avoid contact with members.

Our first priority is ensuring the health and wellbeing of our community and team. In response to COVID-19, we have updated the structure of our pickup locations in the following ways: 

1) Market Leaders wear gloves at all times.

2) Market Leaders are the only people onsite who handle and distribute produce.

3) Produce items are pre-weighed and pre-bagged to avoid members touching product and to allow members a faster turnaround time.

4) We will enforce a 6 ft separation rule onsite so that members remain at a safe distance from each other.

5) All weekly recipes will be sent virtually to avoid any contact with paper printouts.

As new information around safety precautions becomes available, we will continue to update this structure accordingly.

Yes! In an effort to keep everyone safe, we are continuing to offer weekly home deliveries. Learn more here.

Even if you've already placed an order, you have the opportunity to switch to receive home delivery at any time. Please email info@localroots.nyc to get started. You can review home delivery details here. We ask that you let us know about this change by Friday at 2pm before your upcoming delivery.

Orders must be placed by Friday at 2pm in order to receive any additional items in your upcoming week's distribution. Shop all Add-On ingredients here.

Yes. We completely understand that schedules are changing. To unpause your order, please email info@localroots.nyc by Friday at 2pm before the week you'd like to receive delivery.

Pause Requests must be submitted by Friday at 2pm prior to the week you want to pause. If requests are submitted after this cutoff, we will donate your ingredients to members of the food industry who have been laid off due to business closures.

During this unpredictable time, we're happy to adjust your order as needed. You are welcome to donate your ingredients, receive store credit, or have us deliver your food to a friend or family member. You must submit a Pause Request by Friday at 2pm before your missed delivery in order to move forward with one of these options.

We’re sorry not to be able to fulfill orders earlier than the timing indicated in your confirmation email. This is because our farm partners harvest specific quantities of ingredients for our members each week.

We promise your nutrient dense and delicious food will be worth the wait!

Due to the increase in home delivery orders, we will be reorganizing our delivery schedule and will update you soon with a confirmed day and timeframe for delivery.

Deliveries will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Following your purchase, our team will followup to confirm your designated delivery time.
